Welcome to our rentals page! Here you'll find what residential units we have available for lease across our entire portfolio. While some may be available now, we also pre-lease about a month and a half in advance so if you're not looking to move until a little later we might have something for you! If you're interested in any of these, all you have to do is click on the link, answer a few prequalification questions, and choose a date and time that's available according to the showing agent's schedule. • Tenant Portal: We make it convenient to pay rent, submit maintenance requests, view your tenant ledger, check building announcements, and report on time payments to the credit bureaus. By leveraging Buildium, each tenant gets their own account to set up auto payments or pay as you wish. 
• Credit Reporting: It can be difficult for many people to buy their first residences due to a low credit score and this may not mean that there's any missed payment but lack thereof. Instead, use your on time rent payment to bump this up little by little. 
• Constant improvements: We are always looking to improve your experience and residency with us through suggestions and recommendations. We would love to encorporate your ideas by bringing them to the owner!
